2. Student Eligibility & Verification
- PUYaari is designed for authentic university students. You agree to provide accurate, current, and genuine academic information during verification.
- Using forged student credentials, fake roll numbers, or impersonating another student is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
3. Campus Code of Conduct & Chugli Room Etiquette
PUYaari is built on mutual respect, friendship, and campus unity. When participating in feeds, private chats, or Chugli Rooms & Panga Battles, you agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, demean, or defame any student, faculty member, or campus staff.
- Post hate speech, explicit adult content, abusive remarks, personal phone numbers, or private addresses without consent.
- Spam chat rooms or feeds with promotional advertisements, unauthorized bots, or malicious links.
- Engage in toxic personal attacks during Panga debate battles. Panga battles are intended for friendly campus banter, not personal harassment.
- Attempt to de-anonymize or reveal the identity behind anonymous confessions or Campus Ghost messages.
4. Content Ownership & Responsibility
- You retain ownership of the content (posts, stories, photos, Chugli messages) you submit on PUYaari.
- By posting content, you grant PUYaari a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and format your content within the platform services.
- PUYaari reserves the right to review, moderate, delete, or hide any content that violates community safety standards or campus guidelines.
5. Campus Events, Matchmaking & Group Rooms
Campus events, matchmaking features, and Chugli group discussions are provided to foster healthy student connections. PUYaari is not responsible for off-platform offline interactions; students are advised to practice standard safety precautions in public campus venues.
6. Termination of Access & Moderation
We reserve the right to suspend, mute, or permanently terminate any student account that violates these Terms of Service or poses a safety risk to the campus community.
7. Changes to Terms
We may periodically update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of PUYaari following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
